Fees and charges: These types of jobs are charged based on time and distance. We provide the truck and Labor. Standard hourly rate for Truck and Labor (no junk removal) Rates start at $75 an hour for 2 laborers and a truck for short distances (up to 15 miles). Each additional mile carries an $2 per mile charge . Labor is charged until the job is completed. ** 2 hour minimum**. Each additional laborer provided there is an $25 per hr charge per laborer.

Dedicated routes:  Fees and charges for dedicated routes. Dedicated routes vary vary depending on three factors:
 
1. Type of merchandise: appliances, furniture and or bedding or combinations of all three.
2. Distance and level. Level referring to upstairs without an elevator. Distance: we can provide an zip code chart in relation to your store location or locations. Zip code chart will reflect charges based on distances from your stores location. Upstairs: additional fees of $10 per flight will apply to all deliveries without an elevator.
3. Volume: pricing can be discussed in regard to volume.
 
General pricing:
1. Appliances: $45 includes 3 pieces. Additional pieces $5 per piece.
2. Bedding: $45 includes one set. $10 per additional set.
3. Furniture: $70 includes 3 pieces. $10 per additional piece.
 
Dedicated routes will be billed on a weekly basis.
 
Additional Services charges for dedicated routes:
 
1. Special time request: (9 am- 4pm) +$15
    Special time request: (After 4pm)  +$20
    Special time request: (After 5pm)  +$25
    Special time request: (After 6pm)  +$30
    Same Day Delvery:                       +$20
 
2. Upstairs: $10 per flight (no elevator)
 
3. Appliances:

4. Appliance installation: (no gas installation)
    Per piece: $100 includes: dishwashers and microwaves.
    Cooktops: $120
    Built in ovens: $150
    Built in sub-zero: $150
 
   

Payment options: dedicated routes will be billed on a weekly basis.
